Shipping

Every Living Stone Studio item is made to order, so shipping has two steps: we make your item, then it travels to you. Most orders ship within 2 to 7 business days of being placed, and standard delivery in the US then takes about 2 to 5 business days.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping cost. Standard shipping is a flat $4.99 per order, however many items you buy. Orders of $75 or more ship free, and the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Production. Your item is printed or made after you order. Mugs, candles, stickers, totes and apparel are produced by our print partners, so they may be made at different locations.

Delivery time. Standard shipping typically arrives 2 to 5 business days after production. Busy seasons and weather can add time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Several items in one order. Items in the same order may be made in different places and arrive in separate packages.

Tracking. When your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take a day to show movement after the email arrives.

Wrong address. Please check your address before you pay. We cannot change it once an order is in production. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can send it again for the cost of shipping.

Lost or very late packages. If your order has not arrived 30 days after it shipped, email us at info@livingstonestudio.ltd with your order number and we will make it right.

Returns: All Sales Final

All sales are final. Every item is made to order just for you, so our products are non-returnable and we do not accept returns or exchanges. The one exception: if your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we will replace it or refund you at no cost, as explained below.

Damaged or defective items. Email us at info@livingstonestudio.ltd within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.

Items that did not arrive. If your order has not arrived 30 days after it shipped, email us with your order number and we will look into it.

Changed your mind, wrong size or wrong color. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for an order placed in the wrong size, color or style. Please check the product details before you buy.

Cancelling or changing an order. Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will cancel or change it. After 12 hours, your order is being prepared for production and we cannot make changes.

How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show the credit.

Print placement. Small differences in where a design sits on an item, and slight color differences between screen and print, are normal and are not defects.
