These terms apply when you use livingstonestudio.store or buy from Living Stone Studio. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them along with our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.

Our products

Made to order. Every item is printed or made after you order it by our print partners. We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary, and small differences in color and print placement are normal.

Availability. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

Prices and payment

Prices. All prices are in US dollars. Prices can change at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.

Errors. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment. Payments are processed securely at checkout by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details. Any sales tax is shown at checkout.

Orders

Order confirmation. After you order, you will get a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a payment looks fraudulent. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and cancellations. We ship within the United States only. All sales are final, except that we replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong. You can cancel or change an order by emailing us within 12 hours of placing it. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Your information

We use the details you give us, such as your name, email and shipping address, to process, make and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We share your name and shipping address with our print and shipping partners only so they can make and deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information. If you sign up for emails, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Designs and content

The designs, artwork, text and photos on this site belong to Living Stone Studio or are used with permission. Buying a product lets you use and enjoy that item. It does not give you the right to copy, reproduce or sell our designs.

Using this site

Please do not misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it, access it without permission, or place fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

We stand behind our products as described in our Shipping & Returns policy. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its date, applies to orders placed after it is posted.
